Actively seek out the things that you would usually ignore that makes you smile. The little things, the simple pleasures.

Reach out to someone that you may not have spoken to or connected with in a while, talk, laugh connect.

SATURDAY - REWARD
Give yourself permission to do something nice for yourself. Have a treat, YOU are worth it.
Self care is not Selfish
SUNDAY - DEEP BREATHS
Take a moment to connect with the breath. This is a restorative practice to get you ready physically and mentally for the week ahead. Focus on the exhale to cleanse/release and the inhale to refresh/refuel.
