Use your senses to ground you in the present moment. What do you see, feel, hear, smell, taste. Practice being Here, Now.
Pay Attention
THURSDAY - GRATITUDE
Actively seek out the things that you would usually ignore that makes you smile. The little things, the simple pleasures.
Attitudes of Gratitude
FRIDAY - CONNECTION
Reach out to someone that you may not have spoken to or connected with in a while, talk, laugh connect. How are they? How are you?
Energy Exists Between People
SATURDAY - REWARD
Give yourself permission to do something nice for yourself.
Have a treat, YOU are worth it.
Self care is not Selfish
SUNDAY - DEEP BREATHS
Take a moment to connect with the breath. This is a restorative practice.
Focus on the exhale to cleanse/release and the inhale to refresh/refuel.
Inhale...Exhale...Repeat
